You'll also hit a lot of HRs which will give a lot more EXP than a normal League game. These missions will get you up to 3 boxes.įunnily enough, it does! In fact, it's more efficient to have batters and pitchers you need skilled up at the same time, as Skill EXP will be rewarded to both sides as if you played the entire game. This way, you can potentially get credit for a Complete Game, Perfect Game, and Quality Start. My suggestion here is to still play in 2021 Wild Card, but try to enter at the bottom of the 9th inning. Yes! It's actually even simpler with starting pitchers, as you can enter the game whenever you want. Since your lead will be massive, your team won't try to send in a replacement, even if your RP's STA is garbage. The main reason is that you can rack up the scores so that your other relievers aren't sent in. You can refresh your League balls for 100 Stars to basically get the effect of a Skill Training Ticket, which is completely worth it in my mind. From there, it's definitely better to use 2 Skill Training Tickets instead of constantly doing this method over until 9/9. My method takes around 65-70 League Balls to get to 7/9 Skill Upgrades. Would you rather give up some League reward boxes for a day or wait 2 weeks to get a single level on Last Boss? It can take weeks to months to gather Skill Training Tickets from the Club Store. Not that big of a deal, but it can add up over multiple league balls. Well in that case, you'll have to try and get in on the bottom of the 2nd inning, and take 7+ innings of work instead of 8+. You tap "Play Manually" as soon as you enter the bottom of the 1st inning. How do you get your pitcher in with the 3 batter minimum rule? That's simple. The quickest way to get your Skill EXP is to manually pitch to a single batter, then let the rest of the game quick sim. Your team is always the away team, so you'll always have a max potential 9 innings of work. You're going to have to reset your League to the 2021 Wild Card game, then select quick play. If you let the entire game quick play, you'll only receive a tiny fraction of the Skill EXP. A more important note, however, is that if you manually pitch or hit at any time in a game, you will receive the full amount of Skill EXP as if you had fully manual played the game. The easiest place to do that is the 2021 Wild Card game. Therefore, you want to maximize your innings on the mound while getting as many strikeouts as possible. The main contributors for Skill EXP seem to be Innings Pitched and Strikeouts. Skilling up RPs can be a pain, but I have a solution to those that wait weeks and weeks to get their reliever skills up!
